Charity in Ramadan

Narrated in Saheeh Al-Bukhari and Muslim, from Ibn Abbas raldhiallahu 'anhuma, he said: "The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam was the most generous, and he is more generous in Ramadan when Gabriel met him to read to him the Al-Qur'an. Jibril see him every night during Ramadan, and then read to him the Koran. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when Gabriel met more generous in its favor than the wind that blows. This is narrated by Ahmad with additional well: "And he did not never asked for anything except to give it. "And according to a history of Al-Bayhaqi, from Aisha radhiallahu 'anha:" The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam entered the month of Ramadan when every prisoner release and to give everyone who asks. "

Generosity is a generous nature and a lot to give. Allah is the Beneficent, the Merciful Allah, His generosity doubled at certain times such as Ramadan. And the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam is the most generous human being, also the noblest, the bravest and most perfect in all its admirable qualities, his generosity during Ramadan than doubled compared to other months, as the grace of God than doubled this month.

Various lessons can be drawn from the multiplication of the generosity of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the month of Ramadan:
  1. That this opportunity is precious and multiply good deeds.
  2. Helping people who are fasting and dhikr to always obey, in order to obtain the reward as their reward, as anyone who equip people to war then he received as reward those who fought, and who bear the family of those who balk at war and he also obtained as reward those who fight. Stated in the hadeeth of Zayd ibn Khalid from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever gives food to people who fast for him as the reward of the fasting person without reducing the slightest from the reward." (Narrated by Ahmad and At-Tirmidhi).
  3. Ramadan is a time to the charity of God His servants with mercy, forgiveness and deliverance from the flames of Hell, particularly on Lailat Qadr Allah Ta 'ala bestow His love for His servants who are you, whoever charity to the servants of Allah, shall Allah Most Gracious to him with grace and kindness. Replies that are similar to charitable deeds.
  4. Fasting and almsgiving when done together included because in heaven. Stated in the hadeeth of 'Ali radhiallahu' anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is in Heaven there are rooms that are part outside can be seen from inside and the inside can be seen from the outside." Then he stood up to an Arab Bedouin saying: For whom the rooms Messenger of Allah,? He replied: "To anyone who says well, feeding, fasting and prayer night is always when people are in a state of sleep." (Narrated by At-Tirmidhi and Abu Isa said this hadith Gharib) All these criteria are contained in the month of Ramadan. Collected for the believers in this month of fasting, prayer nights, charity and good words. Because at this time of the fasting person is prohibited from speaking filthy and vile deeds. While praying, fasting and almsgiving can conduct the culprit to Allah Ta 'ala.
  5. Fasting and almsgiving when done together more to eradicate sin and away from Hell, especially if coupled prayers tonight. Stated in a hadith that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Fasting is a shield for someone from the fire of Hell, as a shield in battle" (hadith reported by Ahmad, An-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah from Ustman bin Abil-'Ash also reported by Ibn Khuzaimah in Shahihnya and declared saheeh by Adh-Hakim and approved Dzahabi.) hadith reported by Ahmad with a Hasan Isnad and Al-Bayhaqi. Also narrated by Ahmad from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Fasting is a shield and sturdy fortress that protects a person) from the fire of Hell." And in the hadeeth of Mu'adh radhiallahu 'anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam said: "Alms and pray someone in the middle of the night to put away sin as water to extinguish the fire" (At-Tirmidhi Hadith and history katrrnya. "Saheeh hasan hadeeth."
  6. In fasting, of course there are mistakes and shortcomings. And fasting to eliminate our sins on condition of keeping away from what should be maintained. Whereas most fast do most people not being met in the maintenance of proper fasting. And the lack of charity and the error that occurred can be equipped. Therefore, at the end of Ramadan, are obliged to pay tithes to purify one who fasts from dirty words and vile deeds.
  7. People who leave food and drink fast. If he can help others who are fasting to eat and drink with a strong position with the person who left his lust for God, giving and helping others. For him it was in the Shari'ah provides meals to people breaking the fast with him, because the food when it's really like, then he should help others with food, so that it includes people who give food preferences and therefore be a thank God for the blessings of food and beverages are presented to him, where previously it did not get a gift. So delicious it can be known only when the value is not obtained. (See the book Larhaa'iful Ma'arif, by Ibn Rajab, p. 172-178.)
May Allah grants success of his (to us). Prayers and greetings may always bestowed by Allah to our Prophet Muhammad, the whole family and friend.
